In September 2021, I took over my university's cheerleading instagram account @RITCHEER. It had 900 followers and the highest viewed video had 5,000 views. Over the course of only half of a year, by using reels and trending audio combined with consistent posting, I have transformed the account, gaining 5,000 followers and several videos going viral receiving millions of views. I passed on ownership of the account in May of 2022, but the account still receives high engagement as I also passed on my social media model to the new owner of the account. It was a privilege to share my love for my team and cheerleading and grow our support online.
